Responsible for the development, maintenance, and deep cooperation of key accounts (KA) at the company level, customizing personalized solutions based on customer needs, and driving sustained business growth. By integrating company resources and providing end-to-end services from requirement analysis, solution design to project implementation, we aim to enhance the company's brand influence and customer satisfaction within the industry.
2、 Core Responsibilities of the Position
Key customer development and relationship maintenance
1. According to the company's strategy, develop and implement an annual KA customer development plan, explore potential customers, and expand sales channels.
2. Thoroughly analyze customer business pain points and industry processes, accurately grasp customer needs, and customize personalized promotion plans.
3. Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with KA clients through business visits, industry events, and other means.
4. Regularly follow up with customers, resolve usage issues, provide value-added services, and enhance customer trust and dependence.
5. Timely handle customer complaints and crisis events, and maintain the company's brand image.
Solution design and implementation
1. Based on customer needs, integrate company technology, product, and service resources, and write high-quality solution documents (including technical architecture, implementation roadmap, cost-benefit analysis, etc.).
2. Lead business negotiations with clients, promote the entire process from proposal introduction to contract signing, and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
3. Coordinate resources from departments such as research and development, technology, operations, and after-sales to ensure efficient implementation and delivery of solutions.
Industry Insights and Strategic Adjustments
1. Pay attention to industry trends and competitors, regularly output market analysis reports, and provide data support for sales strategies.
2. Adjust sales strategies and solution designs based on market changes and customer feedback to enhance competitiveness.
3、 Job requirements
1. More than 5 years of experience in KA key account sales or solution design, familiar with the entire process of key account development, maintenance, and business negotiation, and capable of independently managing large-scale projects. Priority will be given to those with KA or related industry customer resources.
2. Ability to write high-quality solution documents based on customer needs, possess technical integration skills and system architecture design thinking, familiar with cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, big data, AI, etc. are preferred.
3. Proficient in mining customer needs through data, optimizing solution design based on industry trends, and possessing keen market analysis and judgment abilities.
4. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (fluent business communication skills are required for foreign-related business positions).
5. Having excellent cross departmental communication and interpersonal skills, able to efficiently coordinate resources such as research and development, technology, and operations, and promote project implementation.
6. Capable of quickly responding to demands in high-intensity work environments, efficiently completing tasks, and possessing good emotional management and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficient in event organization and program presentation, able to convey value clearly and logically, and persuade clients and teams.
